Volunteer with House of Hope or St. Isaac’s Training Center
World Action is working with The Real Uganda, a Ugandan NGO, to place volunteers at House of Hope and St. Isaac’s for time commitments between one and four months. Both organizations need volunteers who can bring new ideas, work with minimal supervision, and have a positive, self-starting attitude. The Boona-Baana Center welcomes mature, pro-active, self-supporting, adventurous and independent volunteers of all backgrounds and nationalities who wish to assist by volunteering for any period ranging from two weeks to two months in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
